Key responsibilities/duties:
• Manage all operation aspects of company: from manpower management to business operation
• Manage performance level of all departments
• Develop and monitor operations plan to achieve specific objective set
• Ensure all plan and processes are in place to enable all projects to be completed on time, within budget
• Review all planned work within the program and provide advice and guidance to the Project team
• Review and approve the contract scope, tender and contract documentations for the procurement of professional services and projects

Experience and expertise
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Over 45 years old
• More than 15 years experience in construction industry, especially M&E
• Experience as Top Management in construction company, Knowlegde about Marketing and tender
Personal characteristics
• Good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous work experience in energy/ Electrical and Machenical company is an advantage
• Good at Project management, staff management

Job Overview And Responsibility
Daily
• Daily Monitoring, Controlling & checking the working of the agents, on the floor.
• Ensuring daily productivity targets, for all agents are met.
• Daily Briefing for the agents.
• Ensure Agents follow guidelines, SOP & Quality Control.
• Coaching, mentoring of the lowperforming agents.
• Review performance by agents.
Weekly
• Review performance of every Collection team member
• Review result for QC collection team
Monthly
• Finalize performance collection overall base on (break down per desk)
• Compile report performance collection
• Prepare incentive calculation based on performance and scheme
• Prepare overtime to propose for desk collection, admin support
• Coaching lowperformance desk collection team member
Required Skills and Experience
• Experience as team leader or supervisor collection, at least for 2 year
• Good knowledge of collection
• Good leadership can build and lead a team
• Can read collection reports
• Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching
• Able to speak English min. passive
• Able to work under pressure and target

Key responsibilities/duties:
• Develop and direct the strategic, long term goals and business planning of the company
• Design and analyse effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Coordinate approval initiative and documented
• Transform to concrete action plan with CBA and timeline
• To ensure all project member be aware of the changes and get involve to deliver task force within the time fame
• Find weak points / bottlenecks within current processes and suggest improvements
• Uncover manually demanding processes which could benefit from automatization
• Propose new processes which enhance performance through digitalization and automatization
• Lead, manage and mentor members of the project and process team
• Train and support development of members of project and process team
• Be responsible for pilot documentation, organization of regular update meetings and monitoring of task delivery of Collection pilots
• Lead Collection projects and participate on all projects impacting Collections
